By accessing or using the StudioK website (studiok.dev) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

StudioK operates a venture studio and HackHouse program for IIT founders. Our services include:

  • Founder residency program application and selection
  • Nomination system for potential founders
  • Educational content and resources via our blog
  • Hackathon events and competitions
  • Newsletter and communications

3. Eligibility

To apply to our programs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a current student or graduate of an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)
  • Have legal authorization to work in India
  • Provide accurate and complete information in your application

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and reject applications that do not meet our criteria.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Application Process

By submitting an application to StudioK:

  • You certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful
  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance
  • You grant us permission to verify the information provided
  • You agree to our evaluation and selection process

All application decisions are made at StudioK's sole discretion and are final.

6. Intellectual Property

The StudioK website, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by StudioK Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. User Content

When you submit content to us (including applications, ideas, feedback), you:

  • Retain ownership of your intellectual property
  • Grant us a non-exclusive license to use, review, and evaluate the content
  • Represent that you have the right to submit such content
  • Understand we may have similar ideas independently developed

You agree not to:

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
